If you're involved in an accident, remember these important steps to take:
- Seek medical attention if you are experiencing bleeding, neck/back pain or injury to any other body parts.
- Call your insurer and report the accident.
- If your car is not drivable, have it towed to the San Jose location. If this happens on a weekend, Email Us informing us of your car’s arrival. Please include your contact information and insurance claim information if you have it available. If you don’t have a AAA card, tow charges are reimbursable after coverage is confirmed. Please save your receipt. (This applies to weekends).
- If your car is drivable, we will need to do an estimate, take photographs, and schedule you for repair. If it is not safe to drive, i.e., lights are broken, bumper is dragging, wheel has taken a direct hit or coolant is leaking/car is overheating, we will take your car immediately. If there is any doubt whatsoever about drivability, err on the side of safety and call a tow truck.
